My printer no longer will print letter size envelopes on my Officejet 4500 Desktop printer

Hello,

I have a Officejet 4500 Desktop printer. My printer prints paper fine, but when I try to print envelopes, it jams. Previously, it printed envelopes with no problems. But now, I will vertically load an envelope in the right side of the carriage, but when it starts to print, the paper jams. I have looked inside of the printer, but I do not see any paper jams. Does anyone else have this problem?
