Auto-Duplex Photo Printer

Hello! I am looking for a photo printer that can print hang tags for my clothing. It would require the below features:
• Auto Duplex Printing
• Automatic alignment when printing on the other side
• Supports paper thickness of at least 70lb.
• $1,000 budget

Does anyone know of such a printer?
