Hello,
I have an HP CM1415 it is connected to a wireless router via an ethernet cable. The printer prints just fine when a computer is sending a print job to it. Lately, it seems to have a problem when an iphone sends a print job to it. The iphone detects the printer, and it seems to send the print job to printer....but the printer does nothing.
Here is the interesting part, when using the HP eprint app on the iphone, the printer will print. It only will not print when I print via the print button on the I OS software. It used to work both ways, so I know it should work.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? Could it be on the printer's side or the iphone's side? I already did a factory reset on the printer and the problem still persisted.
