Ricoh printer is no longer working after new Window installation, i have updated drivers.

Hi I purchased a Ricoh printer Sp 211 and it is still under warranty.

I had to do a clean installation of my laptop recently, and my printer stopped working, the printer is about 4 months old. I have downloaded new updated drivers from :

I am running windows 10 (new installation) it is not recognising my printer once I made a new installation of windows 10 on my laptop.


Please help
