Hi all
I have a Ricoh aficio SG3110 and am having an ongoing issue with one of the nozzles.
It prints blacks and blues perfectly, but the pinkish colours are consitently blurred with yellow and ugly streaks. I have done several nozzle cleans and flushes, changed the cartridge but the test pattern and prints always come up blotchy for this nozzle. I am not sure what else I am supposed to do. I had a look inside at the nozzles, and the only difference I can see is that the little white ring inside it sits a bit further forward than it does in the other nozzles. Could this be the problem? I dont even know that this is. Is there a way I can fix it?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I have no idea how printers work but desperately need to get this fixed as I use it for my business!
