I'm new at this job and we have an Epson ET-4550. There is a duplex function but no matter what I do or which settings I use, the "back" page of every 2-sided page prints upside down when sending directly from the computer. So far my only workaround has been to put the second page into a text box and rotate the box but that only works in Word and not Excel or .pdf documents. Is there a solution for this?
