We've pulled the plug, reset according to directions, but the two red wifi lights and the two green ink lights contine to flash despite the fact that the printer is not connected via wifi (it is hard wired), and it does not need ink. Any idea what to do? Many thanks!
ET2400 wifi & ink lights flash, but it is hardwired not using WIFI
