et2720 purple hue

i just bought a epson et2720 printer. all my copies have a purple hue to them ?what am i doing wrong ?how to correct this problem?

Can you print off a nozzle check and post it here? It almost sounds as if the Cyan and Magenta are cross contaminated or similar.
