ET2800 gives computer invalid

I used to be able to scan from my ET2800's control panel to my computers. Now when I try this, the ET2800 does not seem to see any computers. I can scan from the computers using the ET2800 (Win 10 Pro, Windows Fax and Scan app). So it seems the WiFi is good. Any ideas? Thanx.

Had the same issue with my ET2800, turned out the Epson Event Manager wasn’t running on my PC. Try reinstalling or re-enabling it (it’s what lets the printer “see” your computer for panel scans). After that, restart both the printer and your PC, and it should show up again.
