I was having this problem with my oki5521.
Form length setup 11inch on oki printer and setup print server paper size on pc as 11 inch height.
so if I form feed it feeds from tear off to tearoff. but if I print it feeds 1cm past tear off.
struggled with this problem only on windows 10 pc's.
found the problem fixed when I selected paper source "cut sheet' instead of auto select.
both under preferences and default settings selected.
