Graze haze and light print

I have only had my brother 3290 led printer several months when it started to print much lighter, but also with a gray haze on the edges and there seem to be faint bands of the haze horizontally as well. I have cleaner the toner heads and the drum. My toner is at 60% according to the printer. Any ideas of what could be wrong? This also happens with copying as well.
