Slight haze over my printed page

Hello,

I just joined this forum as I could use some advice on printing.

My Epson XP-342 home printer's output shows a haze like effect. I've been printing a few images from Photoshop and the output is not pure. Please take a look at a small portion of a page printed out. Any suggestions?
