HI, I'm looking for a Offset Press for printing Posters

Hi everyone, I'm looking for an Offset Press (Lithograph) with the following needs:

A.) Short Run
B.) One color side
C.) 19X26 Paper size
D.) Coated 10 Point one side
E.) 3-4 projects--no bleed.
F.) Able to do 1000-1500 per run.


Any ideas as to which printer can meet these needs would be great.
