HL6180DW- Print and lines are fuzzy

I cleaned the front of the machine up and replaced both the drum and printer cartridge and am using good quality paper. I am still getting the fuzzines and lack of crispness as shown in the attached picture. I have yet to tackle cleaning the fuser area. Any ideas what might be causing this?
