How do I config a printer to print 8.5 x 7 pages

I haven't seemed to get any response from my last post, so I will ask this question. How can I make my printer print a 8.5 X 7 page instead of an 8.5 X 11 page? Maybe if I can manage to do this it will solve my problem. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.
