How do I reset my epson printer for free on macOS ?

Hi,

My Epson printer (XP-750) has an error message thats says that the ink absorber tiny-sponge-like has to be replaced. Naturally i think it's just planned obsolescence... my printer refuses to print now. So I searched on internet for many hours a software capable of reseting it, but those softwares are only for Windows or you have to pay a key to reset the printer.

Don't you know a reset software for my Epson XP-750, that works on macOS, and for free ?
(I can also consider hacks and other illegal options).
