The Box sleeves usually the outer packaging that covers around four sides of an inner corrugated carton box,and left the side's way open for manual or automation assembly inserting.

The images or graphic designs should be positioned to be right reading and display! an additional window to display the inner product is possible created as well.

The box sleeves will be lithograph printed by full color process(which is combined of cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks) on card board paper.the in-line water base aqueous coating with gloss or matte finished or an off-line UV finished is a plus for printing ink protection and more color enhancement.

With packmage step and repeat feature, you can get rid of it now

I have to say it's really a problem for prototype and printing. If we choose cut the box sleeves in order to save budget, the box shapes will be ugly, if we put them inside we can not save money. Fortunately we have a solution now, Packmage has a smart step and repeat feature can solve this problem, after matched the graphic design with the box structure, we can set the cardboard value ourselves, such as cardboard length, width, margin, spaces between each box, it will calculate the most economical way to sort the boxes. It's very convenient.

The box sleeves are typically the outer packaging that wraps around four sides of an inner corrugated carton box, leaving the sides open for manual or automated assembly insertion. Graphics and images should be positioned for proper reading and display, with the option for an additional window to showcase the inner product.

Branded Sleeves Shop printing is done through lithography, utilizing the full-color process with cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks on cardboard paper. An in-line water-based aqueous coating with gloss or matte finish, or an off-line UV finish, adds ink protection and enhances color.

Following printing, the box sleeves are die-cut to shape, folded, and glued to the required size. One of the advantages of box sleeves is their collapsible nature, allowing for flat shipping and minimizing storage space.
