Replace WT Box - Brother MFC9335CDW

Hello all,

I've got an error message which says "Replace WT Box" displaying on my printer. I've tried a few things however the error will not go away. Here are the things I've tried so far..

1. Bought a new WT Box and replaced it - no luck
2. YouTube and found a video on how to "reset" the alarms on the WT Box
3. Cleaned out the old box
4. Cleaned the cleaning pad? on the toner box with alcohol wipes
5. Unplug for couple days and plugged back in

No luck with any of these and starting to become frustrating.. mostly because I have bought a new WT Box and the same error appears.

Any ideas? Thanks in advanced! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
