How to print directly to an EPSON LQ-300 without printer dialog-box?

We have a EPSON LQ-300+II. We want the printing to start directly immediatley without showing the printer dialog-box.

The Start printing immediatley and print directly to the printer printer properties options when clicked does not work.

Any help pls???

OS is XP SP3.
