How To Print In Black Only When Multi Colour Cartridges Are Empty And Black Is Still There?

My printer model is epson wf-7011, my multi color cartridges are empty while I still have black left.
When I am trying to print in black or say grey scale. Its not letting me print . It says refill cartridges.
Please help me with the way to print only in black .

Generally If we remove color ink cartridges from the hp printer. It goes automatically to single cartridge printing mode. I think epson also had the technology. Try and give your opinion.

WELL I TRIED THAT TOO..AFTER REMOVING COLOR cartridges. THE PRINTER DOESN'T RECOGNIZE THE BLACK ONE TOO.. I HAVE BLACK LEFT BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT. ONCE IT DID RECOGNIZE BUT STILL I WAS NOT ABLE TO PRINT IN BLACK.
