Printer shows error code "PRINT HEAD MISSING" Called customer care, done all trouble shoot and reset... Failed... Given a service centre to deliver for servicing. The service staff told me HP 7612 CANNOT BE REPAIRED, ONLY 1 TO 1 EXCHANGE during warranty period. . WTF. It means HP PRINTERS ARE GOOD ONLY FOR ONE YEAR. AND ARE REPLACEMENT ITEM.....LOL
