I'm a Newbe so be GENTLE with me. I have a Dell Laptop and Desktop on a wireless (TP-Link) router connected to a HP 7612.
It has been working fine on both systems for 18 months.
2 days ago the Desktop icon, that allows you to select a print/scan/etc. function from the computer screen quit working on both systems. However, the print and scan functions still work with both computers.
I got on the HP site and downloaded the 7612 software again and went through the whole setup and still can't get the shortcut icon on the desktop to function.
Any help greatly appreciated.
