Hi All,
We are having a problem with a hp cm2320 which when started never gets to the home screen.
It continually recycles, it gets the white bar going half way across the screen then the screen goes blank the READY and EXCLAIMATION lights blink for awhile then the screen goes white and it resets all over again.
I have removed the boards and checked the connections, and when the modem is left out i can get it to hang on the blank screen.
This enables me to access a limited menu screen when the menu button is pressed but after resetting to default it just does the same thing.
I believe its a nvram issue but i cant access the menu to initialize it.
HELP , would be greatly appreciated
