Hi;

I just changed the pickup roller in this machine because it was past service time and it kept cleaning before printing. That issue has now stopped however now the new problem is that sometimes it is picking up two sheets off paper at a time and the papers are sticking before coming out or being crushed in the accordian shape.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Are you using standard paper, or a special type such as cardstock etc.?
