Hi, im having an issue with a HP colour lj 400 m451dn that im hoping someone could help with.
We recently had one delivered to the office. I added to the FAP using the HP universal print driver as the standard driver was tied up with a HP software package that I don't want installed.
There is no issue with printing text and colour images but when set to black and white all the images are made up of dots.
Ive tried the obligatory google search but cant find the issue discussed anywhere.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
