HP Deskjet 1000 J110: cartridge appears to be clean but still won't print

My black ink cartridge is half full of ink, according to my printer software. However, when I try print with it, little if any ink comes out, despite me having cleaned it twice, AND seeing ink welling out of it into the water when I cleaned it. If ink is coming out of it then, why won't it come out when it's printing?

I need to get this fixed because I need a printer these days, and can't afford to go and get more ink.

Hope someone's got some ideas?

The black print head might be already clogged. If this is the case, you need to unclogged the print head. This video might help you.

The problem has always been people let their printer sit for weeks on end not being used, this is why Laser has the advantage.
