hp deskjet 1050 photocopy not working

good day to all member here i'm only new here in the forum but i hope we can help me to solve my problem i have hp deskjet 1050 it's a printer,scanner,copier but the problem the photocopy is not work i dont know how can i troubleshoot that coz i try to print in my computer it's okey and also the scanning. i hope that they have responce to my post tnx
