My Problem Was When I Click on The Toolbox ( to see my ink level and do maintenance tasks ) It Tells Me The Parameter is incorrect ( error ) - i tried to download that update to fix the toolbox but usless it tells me failed --- also i tried to delete the XML file in program data but also useless -- i uninstalled my printer driver and downloaded the latest driver from hp website -- now i am having another problem which is when i click on the hp printer icon that appears after installation on the desktop nothing happens or open and when i click on the toolbox icon in program files ( hp ) nothing happens also -- I want to mention that it print copy and scan with no problems only the icon i don't know why it does not work !!
