os win 7, IE 9
I have completed a document from a secure website and need to print it. The document had a PRINT button, which I used to send it to my printer queue. Unfortunately, that's where it still is.
right clicking the doc in the queue list and choosing Pause and then Resume does nothing.
Since the doc in the queue is my only copy, I cannot switch off my router to see if there is a problem there, though it is unlikely as my laptop is working perfectly.
I'll be grateful for any advice offered. Thanks.
PS yeah, printer is switched on, with paper loaded
