If I connect physically with USB cable, all functions work. If I connect on wireless and send a document (word/pdf/jpg) to print it shows on the printQ on my laptop (Windows 10 64 bit) but it gives warning saying "Printer needs user intervention". However, I can scan from remote computer. I have been using this for more than two yrs. Never had problem. I rebooted printer as well as laptop. Driver upgrade says ur driver is uptodate. Can someone suggest what I need to do to get wireless printing going ?

Thank you for sharing your problem. I must say that wireless printers are old technology and there are many problems in it. I suggest you to go for cloud printing, it is is one of the best and easiest way to use printer. Also your data is secure and the you can get print from any printer.
