HP DESKJET D2660 won't print entire page

Hello there!

I have this strange problem with my Deskjet D2660 it just won't print the entire page. I am missing the upper part of my printed page. I use mac and when i try to print from pages there is no problem, but then when i try to print from VMware fusion i miss the upper part - yeah yeah you will just say: Its just the settings in VMware fusion and word that are wrong. But since i have checked everything and the setting in both word and the printer setting are the same as on my windows XP computer. So what to do? Is it the printer there don't support Windows 7 or is it a known problem with the printer?

try this...if you are using windows xp..go to printer folder..
add a printer..
use existing port
select usb001(assuming that this was a usb connected device)
select manufacturer...if you happen to install you driver on this printer there is a chance that 2 HP folder exist..
select the folder which contain deskjet 990c
default or not it doesnt matter..
print your documents on that driver ...
