HP ENVY 5660 no color print

this is a rebuild printer I have the HP setup software and everything seems ok. I running Win 10 I have quicken software for personal acc"ts CC and banking. The problems is when I try and print cc acc'ts it does not print all columnes and will not print purchases or bal. i color (red) prints everything in black ink. Is there a special way I need to set this up? Printer setup show print page in color
