HP Ink Advantage 2645 Error Code OXC8190022

Hi,

Does anyone know what this error code OXC8190022 on HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2645 printers means and how to go about repairing it?

I’ve already tried to remove the power cable from the back of the printer and power source for about a minute and I’ve also taken the printer apart to service it but this error code keeps coming back
