I am the proud owner of an HP Laserjet 5Si/MX. Until a few months ago it produced beautiful copy, but now the output tends towards light and grey - image attached. I have replaced the transfer roller (which helped a bit), the cartridge (re-manufactured), and the high-voltage supply board. So far nothing has restored it to full functionality. The toner has no tendency to rub off, so I doubt if there is a fuser problem.
What should I try next?
