Hi!
After a couple of years good work my M475dn printer (CE863A) stopped working.
After the bootup (bar in display from left to right) the display remains dark, ? is alightet and ! and green dot are flashing.
So tried to reset NVRAM - no success.
Then I tried to flash new firmware via USB - does not work either, even I get into the process.
There is absolutely no respone from the LAN nor USB port (connected notebook with wireshark on it, no arp, broadcast, mac or ip,...), so I expected the mainboard as the faulty part.
But after replacement same problem.
Any idea what I could do next? Any possibility to get the real error code out of the machine?
