I have an IBM Network 17 printer, 4317-001, with duplex option. When I turn the printer on it makes a grinding sound on left side as you face the printer. It appears to be the gear(s) that advance the paper have become stripped. Are the gears orderable, serviceable parts and something I could do?
Is there a place I can get a free softcopy of the service manual for this machine.?
