Image printing processing

Hi all,
I need help.
I'm working on developing printers. Can anyone tell me how to convert my RGB image to a hardcopy CMYK image?

I wrote the code of the cartridge, the nozzle and the controller. But I am getting a blurry image. Then I show that there is one process I forgot about: halftone. I don't know how to convert my regular RGB image into a halftone for printing. Please give me possible solution. it will be very helpful for me.
