I have a Brother MFC-J4535DW printer about 4 years old. As a result of a crash, I had to reinstall the driver. When I tried to print a document and opened the Properties tab all I got was a minimal screen showing Orientation, Print on Both Sides and Print Order.
Before the reinstall I had a full range of options to tweak the printed output.
Should I delete the printer and try installing it again? Do I need to completely uninstall the installation software? I cannot work effectively without the full range of options on the Properties screen.
