G'Day, I have a Brother MFC-L3750CDW printer connected via wifi to MacBook Pro running High Sierra 10.13.6 and using the iPrint&Scan app. Everything was working fine until a RAM and SSD upgrade. Now, after scanning, just a blank window opens up instead of the 'Save Scanned Data' window with the 4 Save/Share options. Closing the window causes the message to appear that the data has not saved and will be lost.
I have tried:
Printer and computer off and on;
Uninstalled and re-installed both the complete Printer driver software and the iPrint and Scan app several times.
Select Machine tells me it's selected; Print and Scan functions available.
Deleting and re-adding the printer/scanner.
Resetting the printing system.
Checking the Firewall.
Trying different Users.
I spent some time on the phone with a Brother tech who thinks it's an Apple issue, but I'm not so sure. Either way, if anybody can help, it will be appreciated.
Thanks.
