Is there a way to backup a Ricoh MP 3003 setting to a Ricoh 2500

I just got a new printer for the office and really don't want to setup the entire address book, and the scanners email account that is used is being used on another printer but I don't have the password and didn't want to reset it. I was thinking I could backup all setting of the Ricoh MP 3003 and restore those setting on the Ricoh 2500, would this work?
