Brand New Ricoh Pro C3510s developed Tray 1 SC 780-06 Error

We just got our Ricoh Pro C5310s this week. It hasn't printed more than 38 prints. The vacuum Tray 1 & 2 throws up error suddenly. Is this normal? We called the dealer for service and was told one of the PSU unit fan was faulty. What could have caused this? Anyone with similar experience or I got a lemon equipment. International Customer.
