Hi, hoping for some help. I’ve set up my new printer fairly easily and wanting to print on cardstock. Managed to print on 300gsm custom sizes just a test ‘greetings card’ with text on. Handled cardstock fine but colour (tried same line of text in a few colours, and a logo) is totally faded and terrible print quality. Not what you’d expect from the cheapest of printers.
I’ve tried printing the same thing from word and photoshop, ensured that the printer and programme are both on same colour mode.
No improvement. Using the cartridges that came with the printer and it’s been same since first test, so can’t be due to running down.
Help?!
