Is this the right part?

Just got into a new job with a university print lab and a printer broke on my first day! :(

Our printer is a HP DesignJet 5550 DTN. The broken part has the following written on the side:

RB2-9027

I think I've found the part but without a picture I don't want to buy it yet. Does anyone have any advice? Am I looking at the right part?
