Greetings,
I have a client who is using a HL-L8260 Brother printer.
They are selecting multiple pictures with the mouse in Windows, and printing out 4 pictures on one page, in a 2 x 2 selection.
When they try to print pictures from the server, the printer prints out a sheet that says memory error.
I went ahead and downloaded some pictures online, and they were able to successfully print together.
The only difference I noticed between the pictures on the share drive and the ones I downloaded is that they share drive photos were bigger.
I went ahead and downloaded larger photos from online, and those also printed.
I then downloaded the photos from the share drive directly to the local PC, and I still got the communication error.
I reached out to Brother, and they basically can't help. They will not remote in because of security concerns, and say because it's happening with some things and not others, it's on us.
Please advise.
