We have 2 brother printers that are connected wirelessly to our home network. They do not consistently stay online. Some days we can print, some days it says they are offline. When I turn the printer off and back on, the documents start printing out.
I think it has something to do with the IP address not being static, but I don't know how to change that and if I that is an option).
Please advise.
Also - Please, please, please do not recommend to check the cables, check the wireless connection, or goto the printer property window and uncheck Use Printer Offline. I have done all of that.
Printers: Brother HL-2289DW, Brother MFC-J5620DW
