A client of mine recently got a new HP Laserjet Pro M15w printer and they were connecting to its wireless network to print off jobs. Its wireless network was not password protected, and it looks like someone has gone in now and set up a password on it which they do not know. They cannot connect to the printer now to print jobs.
How can I reset the printer or its wifi network in order to remove this wifi password? I have physical access to the printer and can plug a USB cable in also.
