I had an issue with my Kodak printer and was told it was my printhead. I got a new printhead. Still cruddy prints. No black and prints half the test page.
I just got off of a support call for my printer...I have to say to hear that my not very old printer is "broken" and "can't be fixed" but they will sell me a different one the esp c310 for 59.99 I was upset. I buy things to last more than 2 years especially a $159 + printer. Anyone else have cruddy service from Kodak? I will not but from them again.
