Kodak ESP C310 won't print jobs in queue. There are no error messages and there are no issues detected. When ever I try to print something it either does not show up in the Que or disappears while in the Que or shows in the Que But does not print, What's going on? I appreciate any help or advice. Thank You

What application are you using to print?
Can you print from WORD or Word Pad?
What operating system do you use (Windows 10)?

I have tried to print from windows 10 web browsers chrome and firefox , I tried to print from MS Word and win 10 word pad none of them let me print. The onlty time it works is when I run a diagnostic test print page , which is a watse of time because I dont need a test print , I need a printed page that I ordered the printer to produce.

Ok, Since you can print diagnostic page, means you communicate from PC. Thats good!
You cannot print anything in print Queue (Browser or Applications). That means
your printer may not be designated as "Default" printer.

Navigate as follows:
Control Panel -> Devices & Printers -> You Should see Kodak C310 Icon -> Right Click Icon -> Select Make Default
Icon now has green check indicating it is indeed default printer.

Your print Queue might also be hung up. Navigate to this link and clear your printer Queue per instructions.

If that fails, re-install printer using Kodak install CD. Carefully follow Kodak instructions, both printed and On-Screen. Some printers require USB cable to be disconnected during install process. Read instructions carefully.

First you must remove any previous attempt to install.
Control Panel -> Devices & Printers -> Right Click 310C Icon -> Select "Remove device"
Do that for any other 310C icon

Now you are ready for new clean install.

Hello ruffin, I tried everything that you suggested and the printer is still not printing anything but the test page . The jobs are showing in the Que but are not printing. I dont have a Kodat install CD to run , the printer didnt come with one. I dont have a USB connected to the printer, its operating wirelessly. Thank You

Apparently, I mislead you. You must be using printer control panel and not the PC to print diagnostic test page.
If that is the case, then your PC is not communicating with printer.
Did you change Internet providers?
Do you have new router?

It seems you have lost wireless connection.

Follow these instructions :
