Konica Minolta bizhub c454

Hi all,

We have a Konica Minolta bizhub c454. It has recently started printing two grey/black streaks onto every sheet. These streaks are about 2cm wide and 5cm apart. They feel like a deposit of something as they feel gritty and I can rub most of it away with my finger - almost like a coarse powder.

Any advice as to what could be the problem?
