Konica Minolta BizHub C458

I have a BizHub C458 printer, equipment# 9466 8976 and I’m needing to enable “Secure Print”

I have other Konica Minolta printers at the office and the secure print works fine so I thought that the “Secure Print” option needed to be enabled on this particular printer.

Just to let you know what’s going on, After I install the printer driver on a PC, normally I go into the printer preferences and select “secure print” and then input a user I’d & password. When I send a print to the printer all I do is input my user I’d & password to release the print.

This doesn’t work on this printer. Now the printer will print normally but just not secure print.

Is there a setting on the printer that needs to be enabled before secure print can work?

I would appreciate if anyone can step me through the process of what it takes to enable secure print.
